Mutual fund NAV and returns

Today's NAV, returns and NAV history for 2,083 mutual funds from 53 fund houses, updated every day from official AMFI data (latest NAVs: 20 September 2026).

Strongest five-year records

The best five-year returns in each asset class, from funds of at least ₹100 crore. Sector and thematic funds are left out, because one sector's good run takes every place. A good five years is not a promise of the next five.

The words on these pages

NAV
The price of one unit of a fund. The fund house publishes it every business day, and it moves with the value of what the fund holds.
SIP
A systematic investment plan: a fixed amount invested every month, so you buy more units when prices are low and fewer when they are high.
Expense ratio
What the fund charges a year, as a share of your money. It is already taken out of the NAV, so the returns you see are after the fee.
Direct and Regular plans
The same portfolio, bought two ways. Direct is bought from the fund house and costs less; Regular pays a distributor commission out of your returns.
AUM
Assets under management: how much money the fund is looking after in total.
Exit load
A charge for selling too soon, often around 1% within a year. It is set by the fund house and written in the scheme document.
CAGR
The steady yearly rate that would have taken an investment from its starting value to where it ended. Used for periods longer than a year.
Lock-in
A period during which units cannot be sold. ELSS funds have three years; most other funds have none.

About these numbers

NAVs come from AMFI (the Association of Mutual Funds in India), which publishes the NAV of every scheme each business day. We update them every evening. Returns are calculated from the NAV history of each fund's Direct Growth plan where available: returns up to one year are absolute, and longer periods are annualised (CAGR).
